Return Policy
Return Eligibility:
- You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to send those items back!
- Make sure your products are in their original condition, totally unused, and still rocking their original packaging.
- Don’t forget proof of purchase—like a receipt or order confirmation—because no return party is complete without it!
Non-Returnable Items:
- Heads up! Sale items and gift cards are a big ol’ no-go for returns.
Refund Process:
- Once we get your returned treasure, refunds will boomerang back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Just a friendly reminder: original shipping fees are non-refundable, so keep that in mind when you’re planning your return adventure!
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 5-7 days for refund to post.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- You can swap items within a dazzling 30 days of your shopping spree!
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their fabulous original packaging.
- Don’t forget your proof of purchase—it’s your golden ticket for exchanges!
Exchange Process:
- Want to exchange something? Just drop us a line at customersupport@herbn-alchemy.com within that 30-day window!
- We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for your first exchange—easy peasy! But for any additional swaps, you’ll need to cover the return shipping.
- Once we receive your item looking as good as new, we’ll whisk out the replacement within 5 business days!
Additional Information
- If we goofed up and you need to return a defective item, you’ll get a full refund, shipping included—no hard feelings!

Gifts
If your shiny new treasure was tagged as a gift and zoomed straight to your doorstep, congratulations! You’ll score a gift credit equal to the return value. Once we get that item back, we’ll pop a gift certificate in the mail just for you!
But if the gift was playing hide-and-seek—meaning it wasn’t labeled as a gift or the giver decided to keep it for a dramatic reveal later—then we’ll be sending a refund to the gift giver. Spoiler alert: They’ll be in the loop about your return!
Return Shenanigans!
Ready to send your product back? Just pop it in the mail and send it over to: {physical address}.
Now, here’s the scoop: you’re on the hook for those return shipping costs—sorry, no refunds on that front! If you get a refund, we’ll simply deduct the return shipping fees from it.
Oh, and depending on your location, your exchanged treasure might take its sweet time to waltz back to you!
For those pricier items, you might want to consider a trackable shipping service or snagging some shipping insurance. We can’t promise we’ll catch your returned item if it decides to go rogue!
